Strapped the chassis to the shop floor, given no weight of the body to oppose the force of the rear spring
It appears someone machined & installed some custom thick steel washers below the rear leaf
Passenger side came apart pretty easily
Driver side was rusted big time
Lots of Superzilla, but no luck
Had to pull out the Sawzall
Tension is off the leaf spring
Rear leaf mount anchor plate off
Rear leaf spring removed
